In response to a transition in leadership in 2019, Transforming Age and the Full Life Care Leadership team completed an agency-wide assessment focusing on strengths, and framing the vision for Full Life’s future. Through this process opportunities to restructure programs, stabilize fiscal resources and improve operations were identified. As we began to implement these organizational changes we were faced with a new challenge - COVID-19. In response to an uprecedented pandemic we continued to focus on our clients. Our primary goal, to ensure we were able to provide the lifesaving and enriching programs that many of the most vulnerable in our community depend on. We have proven time and time again that perseverance and resilience are true core values of Full Life Care. In spite of the ongoing challenges of the pandemic, we have not only continued to stabilize our financial outlook but thrive.
Full Life Care serves thousands of older adults and adults with disabilities, regardless of their income. The team of leaders at Transforming Age and Full Life Care are committed to partnering with staff, volunteers and adjacent agencies to build communities that are vital to improving people’s lives.
